Ugli Fruit is juicy and its taste if often described as sweet and tangy with slight notes of bitterness.

Ugli Fruit is a cross between and Orange and a Grapefruit. It’s sweet and tangy with orange flesh and thick, rough skin.

Great on fish, salads, marinades for pork or fish. It can also be drizzled over ice cream. Tastes good with EVOO, but I like it with Hickory Smoked Chipotle, Jalapeno or Tuscan Herb.  Try it cold with sparkling mineral water with a splash of Blood Orange EVOO for a refreshing summer mocktail.
